Refund policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Yes, that includes Preorders, Backorders, and In-Stock products.
Exceptions:
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please reach out to us immediately and we'll do our best to accommodate your claim.
To submit a claim, please contact us within 30 days of your order date for a replacement or refund.
- Email us a photo/video clip of the damaged or defective product. If the product packaging is damaged, please provide a photo/video clip of the shipping mailer.
- Once the damage or quality defect is confirmed to be a manufacturer defect or that the Post Office used Godzilla to deliver destroy your record, we will email you a prepaid USPS return shipping label.
- Place the product back in its original product packaging and original shipping mailer (preferred). Please seal with tape and place the shipping label on the mailer.
- Drop your return off at USPS.
- Contact us after you drop it off for prompt replacement or refund. Your replacement or refund will be processed within 24-48 hours.
We are unable to provide return shipping for international customers. Please contact us if you are an international customer with a damaged or defective product.
Cancelation Request Before Fulfillment
Preorders and Backorders cannot be canceled for any reason.
If you change your mind about an in-stock order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will try to intercept the order before it ships. If we are able to intercept your order, we will cancel it and issue a store credit. If you would like cash refund, authorization will be required and subject to processing fees.
If your order has shipped prior to your cancelation request, you will be responsible for returning the product(s) to us in its original condition. Once the product(s) is returned to us and passes quality control, we will issue:
- a store credit refund if the product(s) is in its original condition minus the 10% restocking fee
- or a partial store credit refund if the product(s) is damaged minus the 10% restocking fee. Any damaged partial refund will be assessed by our team.
**All orders authorized for cash refunds are subject 5% processing fee.
Please note that neither PayPal nor Shopify refunds the payment processing fee that they charge to merchants like our store. For this reason, please review your order carefully at checkout before completing payment. As mentioned above, we are a small business and cannot absorb payment fees upon canceling your order if you change your mind.
Cancelation & Refund - Insufficient Inventory
If there is an inventory error on our end that causes a particular item to be oversold, we reserve the right to cancel & refund your order on a first-come-first-serve basis. In case of inventory error or overselling on our part, we will absorb payment processing fees and refund your order in full.
Cancelation & Refund - Frauds, Flippers, Above Quantity Limit, etc.
All orders identified as fraudulent, scams, flippers (aka resellers), quantity limit breaches, and others, are subject to automatic order cancelation minus payment processing fees. Please read our policies carefully before attempting to weasel through some weak website loopholes. We have a few particular sets of human eyes with a particular set of skills to find you and weed you out.
