Shipping policy

Order Fulfillment

  • Shipping turnaround times will vary with each product.
  • Fully In-Stock orders with all items available for fulfillment are expected to ship within 3-7 business days from the order date.
  • Pre-Order and Backorder items are expected to ship within 3-7 business days from the expected ship-by date listed on each product. Delays often occur as a result of holidays, COVID-19, and manufacturing backlogs. These things are not within our control. Thanks for your patience. Check back on specific product pages for updates.
  • Mixed Orders that include in-stock and pre-order items will follow the fulfillment rule of pre-order products as mentioned above. All orders must ship complete. This means that all items must be available to ship.
  • We cannot split your mixed orders. Please place pre-order/backorder items separately if you would like to receive in-stock items before pre-order/backorder items are available.
  • Partial fulfillment may be requested by contacting Customer Support. Additional shipping & handling will be provided for your approval prior to shipping. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request if our fulfillment team is experiencing a backlog.

International Shipping

  • If you would like insurance on your order, please contact us before your order ships.
  • If, for ANY reason, your parcel is returned to us
    • >> Examples: due to an incorrect shipping address, or you failed to collect it from your Post Office etc.
    • >> Please contact us immediately. We will be happy to re-ship the parcel to you. However, you must cover the cost to re-ship it. 

Customs / Duties / VAT / Import Charges

  • For international orders outside the United States, you will be responsible for any customs/duties/VAT/taxes/import charges incurred. Please contact your local Post Office or courier to pay the charges.
  • We declare actual product prices on Customs Paperwork to be fully compliant with US Tariff Laws. Please do not ask us to declare your shipment as a gift or lower the package value.

Seam Splits

  • A seam split on the record spin is a common type of postal damage that occurs while your parcel is shaken during transit. The sorting machines and couriers can be rough at handling the parcel. This is why we use premium LP mailers to ship. However, even with all precaution measures, seam splits can occur from time to time. The record itself shifts around within the sleeve, then pierces through the outer jacket, which can cause a tear (aka seam split).
  • Do not panic. Your record should still play!
  • If you're a collector and are prissy about a pristine jacket, we got you. We're prissy about it too. Contact us and we will work something out with you to remedy your seam split woes.

Loss / Theft

  • We are not responsible for any loss or theft after we have fulfilled your order.
  • We cannot offer replacement or refund as a result of loss or theft.
  • If your order shipping location has a high risk of loss or theft, please consider a better shipping method that includes extra protection services like insurance and signature for an additional charge.
