Cancellation Policy
All Vinyl, CD, Cassette, Video Games, and all other physical media sales are FINAL.

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order, backorder or in-stock. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Pre-orders / Backorders
When you purchase a pre-order or backorder, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We charge the full payment at checkout, store your payment method, and fulfill when the product is available to ship.

You cannot cancel any pre-order or backorder for any reason. You may request a cancelation before your order ships; however, it is at our discretion to accommodate or refuse your request. In the rare event that we accommodate your order cancellation request, a store credit will be provided in the amount of your pre-ordered or backordered item.

In-Stock Order
When you purchase an in-stock item that is not combined with a pre-order or backorder item, we will charge the full payment amount, then fulfill your order within 1-3 business days. When possible, we may fulfill your in-stock order within the same day or the next business day. 

We ask that you consider your intent to purchase carefully before completing the checkout process as all sales are final and cannot be canceled or returned.
