RELEASE DESCRIPTION

This is the first new work in three years by Elle, a singer who enchants people with her delicate and rich voice that is like silk touching each other.

A collection of superb standards performed with the Alessandro Galati Trio.

Despite being an unknown newcomer, Elle won the Gold Award in the Vocal category of the 2019 Jazz Audio Disc Awards for her debut album, "SO TENDERLY".

Her long-awaited third album in three years, “Estate,” also brings a distinctive softness and warmth to her voice, and she has become even more mature as a jazz vocalist.

Lucrezia von Berger (known as ELLE) is an Italian singer and jazz vocalist. From 1997 to 1999, she studied opera singing with Maestro Isabella Brosini (choir director) in Rome, and then worked as a chorus member and lead singer (soprano) in the Roman polyphonic choir "Cantores". In 2000, which marked a turning point in her jazz career, she began a stable career as the lead singer of the Florentine jazz trio "Lady Sings the Blues", which lasted for about 15 years. She often collaborates with other jazz musicians, such as pianist Antonio Figura and drummer Marco Barsanti. In addition to singing, she also devoted herself to studying guitar, and in 2003 she composed bossa nova songs and lyrics, which were later published by a Dutch label. In 2003, she met Florentine producer Marco Ramioni and participated in a lounge music and bossa nova project. In 2003, through Ramioni, he met the world-renowned artist Hector Zazu, who has collaborated with Peter Gabriel and Bjork, and was featured on the track "Eye Spy" on Zazu's CD "L'absence," released by the French label Tactique Music in 2004. In 2005, he collaborated with Ramioni on the lounge trio project "Aquarama," releasing tracks on various compilations.
