Singer-songwriter Hiro Takahashi, known for ''Unbalance na Kiss wo Shite'' and ''Taiyo ga Mata Kagayaku Toki,'' the ending theme for the anime series ''Yu Yu Hakusho,'' took his first professional steps in 1987 when he joined Tulip. After the breakup of the group (which later reunited), Takahashi made his solo debut on November 19, 1993, with the simultaneous release of the single ''Itsumo Jokigen'' and the album ''Kimi ja nakerya imi nai ne''.
